Refund policy

Returns 

Returns unless we have agreed otherwise, within 30 days of your telling us you have changed your mind, you must return the goods to us. Returns are at your own cost, unless we offered free returns when you bought the goods or if we inform you otherwise.

You can send the product back to us. If you do this, you should keep a receipt or other evidence from the delivery service that proves you have sent it and when you sent it. If you don’t do this and we don’t receive the goods at all or within a reasonable time we reserve the right to not refund you the price. We only refund standard delivery costs. We don't refund any extra you have paid for express delivery or delivery at a particular time or to a location outside of the UK.

We reduce your refund if you have damaged a product. If you handle the product in a way which would materially reduces the value and or condition of the goods, we reserve the right to reduce your refund to compensate us for its reduced value. In some cases, because of the way you have treated the product, no refund may be due.

 You have rights if there is something wrong with your product

 If you think there is something wrong with your product, you must contact us book_heroes@outlook.com We honour our legal duty to provide you with products that are as described to you on our website and that meet all the requirements imposed by law.’

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. By nature of our business some products are sold knowingly with some imperfections, this is reflected in our business model and discounted pricing. Our standard return policy still applies and products can be returned within 30 days of your telling us you have changed your mind, you must return the goods to us. Returns are at your own cost, unless we offered free returns when you bought the goods or if we inform you otherwise.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
